Arno Fuchs
Arno is the founding partner and CEO of FCF. He is responsible for the strategic direction and positioning of the company, also working directly with the financial community and FCF’s clients towards successful transactions.
Prior to FCF, Arno was a Managing Director and a junior partner of the German investment banking boutique Viscardi AG, where he was head of the technology team. He also held various positions with SG Cowen and JP Morgan & Co.
Arno received his MBA in finance from Pace University, New York, his Bachelor in finance from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton and his “Vordiplom” in international business from Private Hochschule für Internationales Management, Bad Homburg.

Arno Fuchs is a founding partner and managing director of FCF.
He is responsible for the strategic direction and positioning of the company and works closely with the financial market and clients – including medium-sized companies, investors and family offices – to facilitate successful transactions.
Prior to founding FCF, Arno held senior positions at international investment banks such as SG Cowen and JP Morgan & Co. There he was responsible for complex financing projects with a focus on technology-driven companies. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of the capital markets and many years of transaction experience, he has established himself as an expert in structured financing in the European mid-market and growth segment.
