Marcel Lange
Marcel joined FCF in April 2016, supporting the team in equity and debt financing transactions.
Prior to joining FCF, he worked as an Associate Leveraged Finance at HSH Nordbank AG in Hamburg.
Marcel received his Bachelor in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration. During his studies, he completed an apprenticeship with HSH Nordbank AG.

Marcel Lange joined FCF Fox Corporate Finance in April 2016. He is responsible for the “Small Cap / Growth” segment, offering SMEs and growth companies comprehensive financing and transaction related advisory services including financing strategy, structuring and placement. For the development and implementation of the optimal financing structure, he relies on his expertise in debt, asset-based financing, alternative debt / mezzanine and equity instruments for SMEs and growth companies. Prior to joining FCF, he worked as an Associate Leveraged Finance at HSH Nordbank AG (now Hamburg Commercial Bank) in Hamburg since 2013.
Marcel Lange graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from HSBA Hamburg School of Business Administration. During his studies, he was part of the trainee program in the corporate clients division of HSH Nordbank, which he successfully completed at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.
