Sarah joined FCF in August 2023 as HR Manager. She is responsible for the development and implementation of all HR-relevant topics and processes within the FCF strategy.  In addition, Sarah is the first point of contact for all candidates and external recruiting partners and supports our employees in all HR topics. In doing so, she works in close coordination with the CEO/CFO and senior management.

Before joining FCF, Sarah worked for more than 10 years as an assistant at management level for well-known companies in the financial and automotive industry, especially in the areas of human resources and finance.

Sarah completed an apprenticeship in office communication and graduated from Quadriga University Berlin in 2023 as an Employer Brand Manager.
