Philipp is part of the MidCap team at FCF Fox Corporate Finance, focusing on equity and debt transactions, and has been with the company since July 2023. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Cologne and pursued a master’s in Management from the University of Mannheim and ESSEC Business School. During his studies, he gained practical experience, most recently in M&A at PwC and in restructuring consulting at Deloitte.
