Simone has been part of the MidCap team as a Business Development Manager since July 2024 and takes on a central role in sales. She is jointly responsible for expanding the sales network and shaping the sales strategy. She also supports organizing the Debt Capital Day and works closely with Kai Frömert and Marcel Lange on sales-related topics.

Before joining FCF, Simone gained experience through various internships, including at the high-tech company TRUMPF and in project coordination at CLAAS. In addition, she worked as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company and in the Finance Director’s Office at SIXT, where she further developed her expertise in office management. Simone completed her training as a Multilingual Management Assistant at the Europa Institut in Reutlingen, with a focus on marketing, advertising and public relations. In 2024, she completed her part-time Bachelor’s in Business Management at the ECBM London and the University of South Wales.
