Hayder is managing our Data at FCF since January 2026. In this role, he is ensuring high data quality and enabling fact-based decision-making across our business areas.
He worked intensively with data-driven processes at Siemens AG, while completing his master’s degree in business development & digitalization. Hayder holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Malaysia and Germany. With a strong focus on digital transformation, he combines analytical rigor with business understanding to translate data into actionable insights.
