FCF Fox Corporate Finance GmbH is delighted to publish the new** “FCF Valuation Monitor – Q3 2025****”. **

The FCF Valuation Monitor is a comprehensive valuation analysis for the German small / midcap market segment and is published by FCF on a quarterly basis. 

Key insights per July 2025 are: 

- Despite the general macroeconomic uncertainty, the SDAX recorded a positive performance of 6.5%, the DAX 2.3%, the MDAX 2.0% and the TecDAX 1.1% over the last three months
- Based on 2025 and 2026 EBITDA Multiples, the **Software **(dt. Software), **Internet Products / Services **(dt. Onlinedienste) and **IT Services **(dt. IT Dienste) peer groups show the highest valuations at 15.3x, 13.1x and 11.0x in 2025 and 13.4x, 9.4x and 8.8x in 2026, respectively 
- Meanwhile, the **Consumer Products / Services **(dt. Konsumgüter / B2C Dienstleistungen), **Communications Services** (dt. Telekommunikation) and** Transportation & Logistics **(dt. Logistik & Transport) peer groups show the lowest valuations at 5.3x, 6.0x and 6.2x in 2025 and 5.2x, 5.1x and 5.7x in 2026, respectively
