12 public and private German mid-cap companies from various industries (water / wastewater management, engineered joining technology, infrastructure IT services, alternative energy, agro / food) presented their equity stories and businesses to interested GCC investors.
All presentations of the German companies attracted a large number of high profile investors. Throughout the conference day investors and top corporate executives were engaged in one-on-one meetings. Talks are commencing following the “German Industry Capital Markets Day 2010” heralding the next level of business relationships between Arab investors and German corporates. Additional high profile panel speakers representing renowned families like Kharafi and Al Masaood as well as institutions like Taylor Wessing elaborated on cross border investment issues.
