The protection of personal data is important to us. The data you make available to us is handled in conformity with statutory provisions, especially those of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).

1. Application information

Within the scope of the application procedure we collect different data relating to you. These data cover your personal data with contact information and a description of your education, work experience and skills. You will also have the opportunity to deliver electronically stored documents, such as certificates / references or correspondence to us.

Together with your application you assure that the information provided by you, which you forward to us on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f, is true and accurate. We point out that any false statement or deliberate omission may be a reason for refusal or subsequent dismissal.

We ask you not to transmit any information revealing the race, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, the sexual identity, as well as data concerning health, pregnancy, political views, philosophical or religious beliefs, membership in a trade union, physical or mental health, or the sex life.

2. Processing and Disclosure of your Data

The personal data that you transmitted to us will only be processed for purposes associated with your interest in a current or future employment with us, and the processing of your application. These data will not be disclosed to third parties. When using the online application procedure, the following data are collected from you: the desired position, the earliest possible entry date, possibly the date of departure, relevant experience, relevant prior knowledge, title, first name, last name, date of birth, street and house number, postcode and city, telephone number, e-mail address. These data basically serve to contact you and to process your application in-house only.

Your online application is exclusively processed and comes to the knowledge of the relevant contact persons in our company. All employees entrusted with data processing are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data. Under no circumstances do third parties gain knowledge of your data. Your data is processed exclusively in Germany.

3. Storage

Should we be unable to offer you employment, we will store the data transferred by you for up to six months for the purpose of answering questions related to your application and rejection.

If we enter into an employment contract with you, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of transacting the employment relationship in compliance with the legal regulations.

4. Data security

FCF Fox Corporate Finance GmbH applies technical and organizational security measures, in order to consistently protect personal data provided to us against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.

5. Access, restriction, erasure

Under applicable statutory provisions you have the right to freely access, at any time, your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing and, if necessary, a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), restriction (Art. 18 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) of this data.
