Mergermarket’s German M&A and Private Equity Forum returned to Düsseldorf in March 2015 to examine the outlook for capital raising and M&A.
As one of the main sponsors of this M&A and private capital market conference FCF was represented by its CEO Mr. Arno Fuchs participating in the high profile discussion panels.
For the first time the conference examined corporate finance through private and public debt and equity markets. This includes the shift in commercial bank lending in Germany for Mittelstand corporates, as well as acquisition finance trends for the German private equity buyout market.
Over the course of the event, more than 400 domestic and international company CEOs, CFOs and Heads of M&A joined private equity investors and corporate advisors to examine the cross-border M&A and financing outlook.
