On May 8th 2014, FCF hosted its 1st FCF IPO Conference at the Charles Hotel in Munich.
The FCF IPO Conference is connecting entrepreneurs, private equity & venture capital investors as well as their portfolio companies with IPO professionals.
We will look at what institutional investors look for in IPO candidates, the pros and cons of a US IPO and how to target the US capital markets. We will also discuss the advantages of a German IPO while still accessing US investors. Presenters include institutional investors, representatives from the NYSE, Deutsche Boerse, Cowen as well as Sullivan & Cromwell. Rudi Franz, CFO of Voxeljet, will give us his insights on a German success story gone public in the US.
